Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing processes to identify areas for improvement
• Minimize breakdowns relating to machinery or process
• Implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance productivity
• Designing workflow for both equipment and human processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience in automation, process optimization, quality management and continuous improvement including warehouse management
• Demonstrated experience in software programming for optimization relating to Matlab, CPLEX, VBA and Excel
• Strong knowledge and demonstrated ability of continuous improvement methodologies and problem solving
• Demonstrated project management skills

Salary – $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per annum
