My Kitchen Rules winners Dan and Steph Mulheron were on hand to launch tonight’s Best of the Bush Beef and Beer night at the Plough Inn in South Bank, Brisbane.
Hosted by Queensland Country Life, Nolan Meats, Gympie, and Carlton in the historic Plough Inn, South Bank, the night featured an outstanding selection of beef from Terry Nolan’s Blonde d’Aquataine herd at Gympie.
About 60 people turned out for the evening to celebrate some of the finest beef and beer in Australia.
Plough Inn publican Dave Argus said there was no doubting the appeal of excellent steak and top quality beer.
“It is just terrific what wonderful experience can be generated when beef and beer are brought together,” Mr Argus said.
“This is an appreciation night in the true sense of the words and shows why beef is such an attraction.â€
“It’s not just steak. It’s what can be also done with other cuts to deliver a tremendous social experience.”
