Heart of Gold International Film Festival is a major cultural event that is gaining recognition and size to establish itself among the country’s best competitive short film festivals. With 700 films from over 35 countries, audiences can view a quality selection of some of the world’s most extraordinary and uplifting short films.
Its key objective is to help grow a world-standard film festival in Australia that is committed to the promotion and screening of exceptional, nourishing and life-affirming films. Running for 4 days and 3 nights from the 11th to 14 July 2013 you will have 22 sessions to choose from in which to enjoy the experience.
Heart of Gold is hosted in Gympie, Queensland, Australia and with three of the largest and most active film societies within an hour’s drive providing a ready audience it makes it perfect home for the festival.
